Lorna Kelly

Lorna Kelly is Coordinator of Wicklow Uplands Council and has over 30 years’ experience working with umbrella organisations across industry, education and marine and upland community & stakeholder groups. Academically, she holds a B.Sc (Hons) in Marine Science and postgraduate degrees in both Environmental Protection and Social Policy. Her work areas of concern cover collaborative approaches to sustainable use and management of our Upland natural resources and heritage for those that live, work and recreate there.
